Organizations & teams
Tip: If a feature looks “missing”, check whether you’re viewing a personal page or an organization page—plan/owner and role can change what you can do.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Organizations let multiple users collaborate on link pages owned by the org instead of a single personal account. Access is controlled with roles so owners and admins can manage members while contributors edit or view content according to policy.
Organizations are available on Agency-tier plans (see your current subscription for exact limits).
| Role | Typical capabilities |
|---|---|
OWNER | Full control: pages, transfers, member management, API access for org pages (where applicable) |
ADMIN | Edit and delete pages; invite/manage members (per product UI); analytics; API where role allows |
MEMBER | Create and edit pages; analytics; limited admin actions compared to ADMIN |
VIEWER | Read-focused access (for example analytics where the UI allows); no editing or invites |
Exact button-level permissions follow the dashboard; use this table as a mental model.
